METRO WILL RESTORE FULL SERVICE TUESDAY

Sept. 26, 2005, 4:30 p.m.
Beginning Tuesday morning, Sept. 27, METRO bus, light rail and Park & Ride service will resume normal weekday schedules.

Beginning at 5 a.m. Tuesday, all HOV's will operate normal hours and normal directions.

Service was suspended Thursday, Sept. 22, to make way for METRO's emergency evacuation efforts in preparation for Hurricane Rita.

Partial bus service was restored Sunday, Sept. 25, and rail service resumed Monday, Sept. 26 on a Sunday schedule.

To repeat, all METRO services will operate on normal weekday schedules beginning Tuesday, Sept. 27.
