Miami-Dade Transit has ceased operations - no Metrobus, Metrorail or Metromover service. Service will resume once roads, traffic signals and tracks have been evaluated.

Bus service from evacuation shelters will have priority. Evacuees will be assigned a drop-off location at their shelter. Staff will assist evacuees in boarding the correct bus.

ALL Metrorail Parking Garages are at capacity. Availability of spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - 6205 NW 27 Avenue (at capacity)
  • Santa Clara - 2050 NW 12 Avenue (at capacity)
  • Brownsville - 5200 NW 27 Avenue (at capacity)
  • Earlington Heights -  2100 NW 41 Street (at capacity)
  • Okeechobee - 2005 West Okeechobee Road (at capacity)
  • Dadeland North 8300 South Dixie Highway (at capacity)
  • Dadeland South 9150 Dadeland Boulevard (at capacity)
  • South Miami 5949 Sunset Drive (at capacity)

Miami-Dade County Transit parking garages were opened at noon Thursday, Sept. 7. They may be used as an area of refuge for personal automobiles. However, Miami-Dade County will not be responsible for any damage, vandalism and/or theft to vehicles or their contents while parked in our facilities.

Only credit card transactions for the Corporate Discount Program processed through the Transit Store website will not be available. EASY Card ticket vending machines and sales outlets will continue to process credit card transactions.

We apologize for the confusion.
