For those who actively use their scanners during the Fests, I've created (note I didn't say completed) the pages for each area. A pre-existing page for the Baltimore and Washington areas is here, and it can still be used while you are in the Washington, DC area and riding VRE.

The page for Jacksonville includes around the Amtrak station and the Skyway downtown.

For Charlotte, I am thus far unable to find frequencies for CATS LYNX light rail, but I'm still searching. There's also information on around the Amtrak station.

For Norfolk, I have listed what I believe to be frequencies used by HRT; I'm not certain which one of them is exclusively used for TIDE light rail. Information for the Amtrak station area is incomplete as Amtrak service there is still fairly new.

Corrections and provision of missing information are always welcome. If anyone can fill in any unknown data, please let me know and I'll happily make the change.
