Holiday train ride: Railroad Museum offers rides to see Santa

The Railroad Museum of New England is about to roll out its most popular train rides of the year.

Children of all ages will enjoy a journey to Santa’s Train Workshop on the Northern Lights Limited where the big man himself will board the train to spread holiday cheer. Each young passenger will get a personal visit and a small gift from Santa.

Railroad Museum offers train rides with Santa

 

THOMASTON — Join the Railroad Museum of New England as it embarks on a magical journey to celebrate the Christmas season. The Santa Express and Northern Lights Limited are the museum’s most popular trains of the year, running every weekend (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) from the day after Thanksgiving all the way up to the weekend before Christmas Eve. All trains are about one hour and 20 minutes in length.
