As always during a Fest, breakfasts are on one's own, usually at home or hotel.

Saturday activities bring us to Penn Station before boarding Amtrak. Many places in or near the station for lunch.  Dinner that day at Texas Roadhouse in New Rochelle. Steve is handling getting that set up.

Sunday we will have lunch during our Bronx subway run, although where we change trains at 125th Street in Manhattan.  This was the best logical place to do it given all the subway rides we are taking.   I updated my Rails to Restaurants page to include this area, specifically here.  After the activities the event is over, but those still remaining in town can decide what they wish to do for dinner at that time.

I called Texas road house. They do not take reservations. We can do the call ahead seating on that day. They do separate checks.

Thanks, Steve.   That works.  Currently we have 17 participants on Saturday, and I believe that all 17 are participating in dinner.... which is a good sized crowd.    It might be workable to split into 2 or 3 smaller groups to fit at tables.... which is better than one long table which inhibits egress when one person has to visit the rest room.

They do have call ahead seating. Perhaps we could organize into 3 groups of 4 and one of 5. One person from each group could call ahead and get on the waiting list. This could be done on the train to nro.

That would work. Call ahead is limited to parties of 6 or less. The call ahead number is 914-632-7427.
