Customer Service Hours Modification

With the pending winter weather, MDOT MTA's Transit Information Contact Center and the Mondawmin Transit Information Center will have abbreviated hours the remainder of the week:

Thursday, February 11:
Transit Information Contact Center will be open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Mondawmin Transit Information Center will be open 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Friday, February 12, 2021:
Transit Information Contact Center will be open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Mondawmin Transit Information Center will be open 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

MARC Train - Winter storm impacts on Thursday operations

MARC Train is closely monitoring the Winter storm approaching our service area for Thursday. While we do not anticipate any impacts to our service, delays and potentially cancellations are possible.

Passengers can stay informed of the status of MARC service by:

--Checking your email for MARC service alerts

--Reading the MTA Twitter feed -- @mtamaryland

--Downloading the Transit app through the Apple Store or Google Play for real time train status and advisories

--Checking the MTA website service alerts, www.mta.maryland.gov/service-alerts
