Streetcar rail will be available to sign Thursday

 

People interested in leaving a mark on the Downtown streetcar project will have an opportunity to do so Thursday morning.

Lane closures for Streetcar Project

 

As the final stages of the El Paso Streetcar Project begins, downtown will see a handful of lane restrictions and street closures over the coming weeks.

Beginning next week, crews from Paso del Norte Trackworks will begin additional sidewalk work on Father Rahm Avenue between Santa Fe Street and Kansas Street in South El Paso.

Striping set Soon for Stanton Street

 

Stanton Street will look dramatically different in the coming weeks, as crews from Paso del Norte Trackworks begin final striping work there which includes the final striping for the railway, roadway, and the installation of the region’s first-ever two-way protected bikeway.
