      Bond increased for Amtrak mule caught bringing 20 lbs. of heroin into Rocky Mount, police say 

 

 

Police in Rocky Mount said bond was increased by $270,000 Monday for a heroin trafficking suspect caught with 20 pounds of the drug arriving on an Amtrak train in town Friday night.
