Female Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Amtrak Train in Montecito
A woman was struck by an Amtrak train and killed Saturday afternoon while walking along the tracks in Montecito.
Firefighters from the Montecito Fire Protection District and other emergency personnel were dispatched at about 3:20 p.m. to the railroad tracks in the area of Butterfly Lane.
