A woman was struck and killed on the SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown regional rail line Tuesday morning, leading the line to be shut down for hours, authorities said.

  Pedestrian Who was Killed on Regional Rail Line Had Left Platform and Walked in Front of Train, Officials Say    

 

 

 

A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a train on the SEPTA regional rail line Tuesday morning had left the platform and walked into the path of the train as it was arriving at the Penllyn Train Station in Lower Gwynedd Township, according to officials.

  Coroner Releases Cause and Manner of Death for Pedestrian Killed by Train in Lower Gwynedd    

 

 

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office has released the autopsy results for a woman who was struck and killed by a SEPTA train in Lower Gwynedd Township earlier this week.
