Beginning at 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 24, through 7 a.m. Sunday, February 25, AirTrain Newark will have a full shutdown due to scheduled maintenance.
During this time of service outage, the Port Authority will provide free shuttle buses between Newark Liberty International Airport's rail link station and Terminals A, B and C, and the P2, P3 and P4 parking lots. This temporary service shutdown will not affect NJ Transit or Amtrak service.
Passengers and airport employees are advised to take extra time when traveling to and from Newark Liberty during the scheduled maintenance. Additional airport customer care representatives, AirTrain and other Port Authority staff will be on duty to provide information for passengers during the AirTrain suspension.
