For those still in the NYC area on Monday 1/18, a short morning points run trip is planned, solely between New York and Stamford, CT. Those who so far have decided to get these 2 100-point minimum trips will take Regional 160 NYP-STM (leaving New York 9 AM), and Regional 157 STM-NYP (leaving Stamford 10:28 AM). If on schedule there is a 40-minute dwell in Stamford. For those who haven't been there, it is a busy indoor station and a far better place to wait between trains than the Croton Harmon station we visited the last time we did a Monday holiday morning trip.
