As promised the Fest was over as we reached Chicago, but we still have various plans to spend the day until leaving this evening. More on what eventually developed later on.

Well we had several people go out to Elburn and return on METRA, and several more took Amtrak Hiawatha trains to either Glenview or Milwaukee and back. Those involved have reassembled in the Metropolitan Lounge, and those headed east will catch their respective trains. We should have interesting trips with flash flood warnings, potential bustitution, and one person rebooked on the Cardinal which returned to service.

Mine was fun getting in. 351 got the NS speed restriction early due to malfunctioning signals and then the flash flood warning around Michigan city so we couldnīt go faster then 15MPH. the warning was later cancelled and arrived at 1:30PM
