TRAVEL ADVISORY - AIRTRAIN NEWARK WILL HAVE A FULL SHUTDOWN FROM 10 P.M. SATURDAY UNTIL 7 A.M. SUNDAY FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCEDate: Mar 24, 2017
Free shuttle bus service will be provided to minimize impact on travelers
Beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 25 through 7 a.m. Sunday, March 26, AirTrain Newark will have a full shutdown due to scheduled maintenance.
During this time of service outage, the Port Authority will provide free shuttle buses between Newark Liberty International Airport's rail link station and Terminals A, B and C, and the P2, P3 and P4 parking lots.
This temporary service shutdown will not affect NJ Transit or Amtrak service.
Passengers and airport employees are advised to take extra time when traveling to and from Newark Liberty during the scheduled maintenance. Additional airport customer care representatives, AirTrain and other Port Authority staff will be on duty to provide information for passengers during the AirTrain suspension.
