L.A. airport board's $4 billion modernization plan features new rail link
The Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners yesterday approved a $4 billion project that will include construction of an automated train system to link Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's (LACMTA) planned Crenshaw Line station at 96th Street/Aviation Boulevard.
