TRAVEL ADVISORY - SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS SCHEDULED ON PATH THIS SUNDAY TO ACCOMMODATE SYSTEM REPAIRSDate: Mar 24, 2017
This Sunday, March 26, Newark and Harrison customers taking New York/eastbound PATH trains between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. who normally transfer at Journal Square for the trip to 33rd Street via Hoboken will instead need to transfer at Grove Street to continue their ride.
Journal Square customers traveling to Hoboken or 33rd Street must board the Newark-World Trade Center line and transfer at Grove Street for the trip to 33rd Street via Hoboken. Trains depart every 20 minutes, starting at the top of the hour.
During that same time period, New Jersey-bound train service will end at Grove Street. Customers who normally transfer at Journal Square for the WTC-Newark line will instead transfer at Grove Street to continue. Trains departing 33rd Street will be running every 20 minutes, starting at 10 minutes after the hour.
Customers should allow extra travel time and check train destination times before boarding, and can also get additional information by accessing www.panynj.gov/PATHplanner.
