Back in 1968 I was driving out near Georgetown when I came across the remains of an old Toronto streetcar, #2064, that had been built in 1917 in the Toronto Railway Company (TRC) factory near Front and Sherbourne Sts. in downtown Toronto.

Toronto streetcars, and later LRVs, operate on an odd track gauge: 4' 10 7/8".  The guys at Halton County museum maintain that gauge and re-gauge standard gauge equipment, such as London & Port Stanley interurban, to Toronto gauge.
