I believe that the issue affecting the Northwest is not Winter Storm Gerri, but the next one,  Winter Storm Heather.    Cascades are not listed but there have been cancellations and trains getting stuck on that corridor as well.

 

Also note the error above.   Carl Sandburg service and Quincy service are one in the same.

I watch this every day.   This was supposedly as of Saturday, but it wasn't there until Sunday.
