We should have all received our AGR points for the 3 Amtrak trips during the fest. For Michael and me, the trip on 91(19) was posted to AGR on July 25th, and the trips on 91(20) on the 21st and 98(23) were posted on July 31st.

Aloha

Glad you posted this. After a pain of needing to reset my password, it seems that if it is over 40days it vanishes, I found only the first and last trip posted. Acela to Washington and Surfliner from San Diego to Fullerton. everything in Middle missing. Hopefully my call gets them posted.

Will update then, or ask for more advise.

Eric, yes the three Fest related trips involving Florida should have been posted to your account when everyone else's were. Just to check, your tickets were physically lifted by a conductor either at your seat or right before boarding? (I know they were lifted in Tampa by the building before we went to the platform, but we did get our points for the trip leaving Tampa.) Most important are those 3 ticket stubs. To prove you took these trips, they will ask you for the reservation number, possibly the ticket number, and verify the origin and destination on each.

The Guest reward guy on phone did ask for those numbers, he said 7 to 10 more days. Interesting he could see the info in computer, he didn't understand why they were not posted.

Will update you soon.

I don't know what they take us for, but honestly, does it take 7-10 days for them to make a correction, especially when they know that the oversight was theirs? This is the computer age. When I've had to call for something they missed, it has been updated to my account by later that day, or after midnight that night at the worst.

Gets weirder, Now they have me going MIA to WAS twice, with different amounts of Points/miles, still no Fullerton to San Diego.

Maybe that's why he said 7/10 days so I wouldn't check right away  Not sure what to do, but with the jobs for this weekend it will be Monday

Yes it takes 7 to 10 days as today the final leg posted. They still have the MIA to WAS as 196 points and once as 256 points. So all segments are there.

Wish I was in Philadelphia.

I suspect that at least some of the problems are due to the transistion from Carlson as the AGR contractor to the new company in Canada. That transistion is supposed to be happening this month.
Alan,

Take care and take trains!
