9/15/18:

Due to weather conditions, CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar service will be suspended this evening at 7pm.

CATS continues to monitor the weather and will update service announcements accordingly.

Citizens should go to ridetransit.org for the most up-to-date information on specific routes. We encourage the public to follow CATS on Twitter and Facebook for periodic updates.

Citizens can also call 704-336-RIDE for information, but may experience longer than normal wait times.

CATS is monitoring the weather situation. Safety remains our first priority. Riders should use caution when entering/exiting platforms and vehicles as surfaces will be wet and may become slippery.  If flooding occurs riders should expect delays/detours.  Citizens can stay up-to-date by checking alerts at ridetransit.org and CATS’ Twitter account before leaving the house. Citizens can also call CATS Customer Service at 704-336-RIDE (7433); however wait times may be long due to increased call volume.
