[NSAlert] Tropical Storm Isaias

 

 

Norfolk Southern is monitoring Tropical Storm Isaias, which is currently expected to impact the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic coastal areas this weekend and into early next week. Currently, there are no impacted service areas. Norfolk Southern will provide updates as conditions change.

Norfolk Southern restoring service in areas that were impacted by Hurricane Isaias.  Customers who have shipments that originate or terminate or travel through Eastern Pennsylvania, New York or New Jersey may experience some delay of 24 – 48 hours as lines are cleared of downed trees and rail is inspected and repaired from flooding impacts.
