Nope, this isn't the contact and hotel listing, nor should you be posting personal information here. I sent e-mail instructions to those on the guest list for this Fest to e-mail me back their contact and hotel plans for the weekend of January 15-16-17-18 in the New York area. DO NOT POST IT HERE, as it contains peoples' travel plans and personal phone numbers. If your name appears on the list, you should have recently received an e-mail from me. Simply reply to the message back to me, and I will put together the Contact & Hotel listing.

By now, with under 4 weeks remaining until Fest time, you should have been making your hotel reservations. If you haven't, plenty of rooms are still available in the city, and many for a good discount by Manhattan standards. Shop around for the best deals. The longer you wait, and the rooms begin to fill up, the higher the value of what remains might be.


The list of cell phone numbers is for emergencies, in the unlikely event something changes overnight or if we lose somebody en route. It also helps fellow participants who may not already know one another to contact others and arrange to have meals or walks to the Fest start points together.

We keep the list confidential so as to not divulge our members' personal plans or phone numbers. It will be e-mailed only to those whose names remain in the participant list about 1 week before the event, and then any last minute necessary changes will be made.

DO NOT POST ANY INFORMATION HERE, only repond via e-mail to me with your hotel, and your cell phone number that will be with you during this event.
