2017 UK Heritage Railways Tour

For the lovers of steam trains we have designed our 2017 UK tour so we can enjoy

rides on 19 UK heritage steam railways.

Railways from the “quaint” Kent & East Sussex Railway to the large Severn Valley

Railway and West Somerset Railway,  Snowdon Mountain Railway and the

combined Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways to name a few.

The tour commences in London on 27 June 2017 and ends in Manchester on

15 July 2017.

In addition to riding 19 steam railways we will:

Visit 5 railway museums,

Ride a miniature tram in Seaton, Devon,

Travel by ferry to the Isle of Wight and onwards to the steam railway

And go from Plymouth by BritRail across the famous Brunel Prince Albert Bridge

into Cornwall to Looe – a beautiful old Cornish fishing village.

Travel between railways will be by modern touring coach and each night dinner,

bed and breakfast is included with en-suite rooms in excellent hotels.
