Heartland Flyer Trains 821 and 822: Bus Service Provided between Gainesville and Forth Worth, Texas
Effective Monday, September 7, 2015 Only
Track work being performed by BNSF Railway will affect Heartland Flyer service on September 7, 2015, as described below:
- Train 821, which normally operates from Oklahoma City to Fort Worth, will terminate at Gainesville, where passengers will be provided bus service to Fort Worth.
- Train 822, which normally originates in Fort Worth, will operate from Gainesville to Oklahoma City. Passengers boarding in Fort Worth will be provided bus service to Gainesville, where passengers can board the train.
- Bikes will not be accepted between Gainesville and Fort Worth. Bicycle service will be available at all stations between Gainesville and Oklahoma City.
