MARC Brunswick Line - Very limited service Wednesday due to Ida

Due to the forecasted impacts of Tropical Depression Ida, including extreme heavy rains and anticipated high flood waters, The MARC Brunswick Line will operate a significantly reduced service on Wednesday, September 1.
Morning service to Washington:
--The "Enhanced R" schedule will be operated, however, there will be no service from Martinsburg, Duffields, or Harpers Ferry.
--Trains 872 and 878 will originate in Brunswick and depart at their scheduled departure times (5:40am and 7:07am, respectively)
--Train 892 (6:05am departure from Frederick and Train 880 (7:45am departure from Brunswick) will operate as scheduled.
--Delays are possible due to weather conditions.
Evening service from Washington:
--There will only be two departures from Washington Union Station: Train 877 to Brunswick (4:55pm departure) and Train 893 to Frederick (5:20pm departure)
--The last departure from Washington will be Train 893 at 5:20pm.
--Weather conditions may deteriorate to a point that Train 877 and/or Train 893 may be cancelled, terminated, or severely delayed. Passengers are encouraged to have an alternate plan to get home.
A decision about service on Thursday, September 2 will be made during the day tomorrow, but passengers should anticipate a significantly reduced level of service.
