Since it is affecting both the R5 Paoli and R6 Cynwyd lines, that tells me that the fallen tree is within Philadelphia city limits, east of Jeff Interlocking before the line crosses into Overbrook. As of noon on Wednesday, train service was still suspended on the R5 Paoli and the R6 Cynwyd lines because of a downed tree.
