You'll get the on-time heads-up when I get the chance.   Covering weather issues here as well as being part of the news myself has delayed the inevitable official announcement.   Most of it is ready to go.

Folks, to be of help to you I looked ahead at some hotels in the cities we would have been visiting, and came up with a problem ---- either they were very expensive or they were sold out. Local events in the areas may have well depleted the  hotel room inventory.  While what actiivities I had planned in each city might have been possible, the room rates would have made the trip uneconomical for some if not many.

 

So I am now examining the scenarios of pushing back my original plan 2 or 3 days later.  This would result in being in the one of the locations of concern on a weekend when hotel rates are much more affordable.  The planning continues!!!   Please be patient!
