Falls Township man charged for stealing copper 60 feet in the air
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP – A Falls man was arraigned late Wednesday on charges he stole nearly 400 pounds of copper while 60 feet in the air above Amtrak train tracks.

According to court documents, Amtrak investigators went to the area of Amtrak mile post 60.7 in Morrisville for a copper theft report.
On their arrival, they saw that copper static wire, located at the top of the catenary poles, spanning the length between four other poles had been cut and removed, court documents show.
