It looks like I got all points from my travels thus far, with the exception of my final segments home yesterday (Tuesday).
Of concern was whether we would get the points credited for the bus segments of the Downeaster. As we experienced, there was no physical ticket inspection or scanning for any passenger or by any conductor or bus driver for the travel between Boston North Station and Exeter. As I surmised would happen, someone at Amtrak automatically scanned us in without any interaction.
