Person injured has now died. From KKTV, Channel 11 in Colorado Springs, CO, 8/23/17:
Person hit by train in Colorado Springs has died
A train conductor noticed a person on the tracks in Colorado Springs Tuesday afternoon but wasn't able to stop in time, on Wednesday police announced the person hit by the train died.
