The multi-million price tag to address trains blocking railroad crossings at three locations in Woodhaven might not actually be solved, but it did just get a whole lot better.
Mayor Patricia Odette, city officials and the Woodhaven Police Department have been working on a multi-purpose idea that not only will benefit motorists who want to know if a train is blocking their route, but also emergency and rescue personnel.
