HOBOKEN PATH SERVICE SUSPENDED DUE TO NJ TRANSIT HOBOKEN TERMINAL INCIDENT

PATH service into and out of Hoboken Station has been suspended indefinitely due to an incident involving a NJ Transit train in Hoboken Terminal this morning. Travelers are urged not to go to Hoboken Terminal at this time.

All other PATH service will run on a normal schedule.

PATH TO RESUME SERVICE TO HOBOKEN TERMINAL

PATH service into and out of Hoboken Station will resume at 3 p.m. today following a daylong suspension due to an incident involving a NJ Transit train in Hoboken Terminal this morning.  PATH will continue to cross honor NJ Transit tickets on its system.  Normal weekday rush hour service will be in effect.

In addition, Port Authority Bus Terminal staff will assist NJ Transit in facilitating an increase in No. 126 bus service between the bus terminal and Hoboken to accommodate travelers during the evening rush hour.  Extra staff will be available to assist a projected increase in bus passengers at the terminal.  Commuters are encouraged to contact their bus carriers prior to arriving at the terminal.
