And that seems to be the trend, ridership numbers surpassing projections. The so-called experts who crunch the numbers underestimate the potential success that new rail startups can achieve in taking cars off the road.

I am willing to bet that even the NJ TRANSIT South Jersey LRT, which NJ TRANSIT itself says will come in well under original projections, will pleasantly surprise everyone.
