LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Entergy Arkansas, the state's largest provider of electricity -- and consumer of coal -- claims Union Pacific Railroad schemed to hold back deliveries of Wyoming coal to Arkansas power plants in an effort to make more money.
