Passenger Notice - Redemption of Legacy (Old) Tickets Expires September 30, 2008

PATCO'S new Smart Card Automated Fare Collection System is up and running in all stations and the parking phase is nearing completion.

Redemption of the magnetic tickets will expire on September 30, 2008.

Legacy tickets must be submitted by September 30, 2008 in a special blue envelope (located at the stations) and placed in the drop box or mailed. The Finance Department will read them and apply the value to your FREEDOM card.

You may purchase a FREEDOM card at PATCO stations from the Automated Vending machine for $5 ($20 minimum load) or at the FREEDOM Card Service Center located at the Walter Rand Transportation Center (Broadway), 7am-7pm weekdays.
