Hi -

I'm an engineer for a short (4 miles one way) tourist line in Maryland. I just found out that the consist for our
Santa trains will be five cars long. I think this is the longest we've ever used.
The motive power is an EMD Model 40, which has two 150hp diesels. behind that will be a a covered flat car,
a converted troop sleeper, an old MP-54 PRR coach, an old LIRR P-72 coach, and an old Wabash caboose
bringing up the rear.

I'll be the engineer this Sat. (12/6). I look forward to meeting anyone on this board who is in the area. The railroad is the
Walkersville Southern, and it is located in Walkersville, MD. (See http://www.wsrr.org for pictures, directions, etc.)

Aloha,
John
