Buses Replace Trains Between Princeton & Princeton Junction Stations August 20 & 21

Effective Date: August 12, 2008

On Wednesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 21,

NJ TRANSIT will perform track maintenance work on the Princeton Branch. During this time, rail service will not operate between Princeton and Princeton Junction stations on weekdays from 9:25 a.m. until 3:25 p.m.

Regular rail service will be provided on the Princeton Shuttle during the morning peak period (from 5:10 a.m. until 9:18 a.m.)
After the 9:18 a.m. shuttle arrives at Princeton Junction Station, rail service will be temporarily suspended and substitute bus service will be provided between Princeton Junction and Princeton stations. Substitute buses will depart outside Princeton Junction and Princeton stations according to the rail schedules.
Regular rail shuttle service will resume for the evening peak period (the 3:25 p.m. Princeton Junction departure will be the first to resume operation).
