I don't know how to do the link, but I was on Amtrak's webstite for something else, and saw the service alert. They are predicting this to be going on for 2 hours. It involved the overhead wires being damaged.

Whatever it was, the issue appears resolved at this time, as there is no longer a service alert for the NEC on Amtrak's site. However there should be something in tonight's or tomorrow's media.
