Not a good commercial for Atlanta or its transit system if this type of thing is going to happen, particularly on the lines to & from the Airport which visitors will surely be using.
And it's hard to understand how the thugs (I don't agree they are "youths" because they committed a very adult crime) boarded a commuter train when Georgia very conspicuously has no commuter rail service.
