QUOTE Amtrak, Metro-North to resume service on flood-damaged lines Today, Amtrak will resume daily Empire Builder service in Minot, N.D., following work to repair a station damaged earlier this year by severe flooding. SNIP Meanwhile, MTA Metro-North Railroad will restore full service on the Port Jervis line on Nov. 28.
