VIA Rail Canada's status, as printed in the Toronto Globe & Mail:
QUOTE

VIA trains are still running. "Despite the power outages throughout a good part of VIA's Windsor-Quebec City Corridor, no VIA trains have been cancelled at this time. Trains are however experiencing some delays as manual procedures are substituted for electronic train control systems," VIA said. "Passengers and those meeting trains this evening are advised to call 1-888-VIA-RAIL (choose arrivals and departures) before heading to the station."

Toronto's GO TRANSIT commuter agency's website is down. Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), who operates the city's streetcars and subways, is not reporting any service disruptions on its website; however Toronto was hit badly by the blackout.
