EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- An Amtrak maintenance vehicle was recovered Wednesday in Lancaster County after being stolen in Harrisburg.

Trooper David Fedorshak nabbed the driver of a stolen Amtrak truck, thanks to a keen eye and good timing.
