Figures a Provincial Election will change things. In the May 2005 election, Campbell's Liberals lost Vancouver Island. The reason his experiment with fixed election dates worked, was he had a majority.

As for the E&N Upgrade, if it is a ready to go project, it might have a chance. Unfortunately, the focus of the Campbell Government up until recently was the Vancouver Olympics.
