Were you out there in the frigid weather in January riding trains with us? Or perhaps you couldn't make it but chose to stay in the warmth of your home?

Well now you can travel vicariously with us as we all re-live the events of January 16-18, 2009 as OTOL took on the rails around the New York City area. Come with us to High Bridge, Newark Liberty International Airport, Poughkeepsie, New Haven, and Old Saybrook as we rode NJ TRANSIT, AirTrain Newark, Metro North, and Shore Line East.

Thanks to Alan for the proofreading and getting the report online. And thank you to John Corbett and Lynn "Railette" Hammond for taking so many photos. (Thanks too to those whose photos we didn't use!)

Your trip starts here! smile.gif

And show up even to say "hi" during any Fest, even if you can't travel too far, and you'll be in another one. smile.gif

Sometimes just buying tickets for the group will work!
