I was actually booked on 2173, but the nice agent in Boston's CA using the free one class upgrade's no price increase rule bumped me onto 2171 despite the bucket for that train being much higher than what I had on 73.

And boy was I ever glad that she managed to do that, as the lead FC attendant on 71 was Wilson, one of Amtrak's best FC attendants. Wilson will wear out the carpet making sure that everyone is happy.
