Especially in the Philly/NJ area.
And in this story, Philadelphia, PA Inquirer dated 7/31/10, the blame is put on the train for going too fast.
The train was not been scheduled to stop at Ardmore. It was going so fast, Simons said, that it took about a half-mile to stop.
