Spartanburg, SC -- On Saturday, March 19, "Sparkles," a miniature train at Cleveland Park in Spartanburg derailed, killing a 6-year-old, Benjamin Easler, and injuring dozens, including parents and children on the train.
The man at the helm of the children's train ride that crashed and killed a 6-year-old boy said Wednesday that the wreck hurt him emotionally and physically.
South Carolina officials say the state inspector who OK'd a children's train ride that crashed over the weekend, killing a boy and injuring dozens, falsified his report.
There better be a wrongfull death lawsuit in this.

Lawyers such as this one are all over the incident already, as one might imagine. However in hearing the minister father of the boy who was killed speak, all is forgiven and he's made amends with the operator of the train.
