Jacksonville's JTA Skyway normally does not operate on weekends nor major holidays. But because of a Jazz Fest in town, it was supposed to operate limited service this weekend. Enter Beryl, and now the outdoor activities related to the event have been cancelled. So JTA won't run the Skyway, which it would not have anyhow. Hopefully neither damage nor flooding are severe, and it opens as scheduled Tuesday morning.
