Metra has embarked on a process to develop a new strategic plan, which will guide our agency for years to come. One of the key first steps in that process is to set into place our mission, our values, and our vision so we can use them to prioritize our spending decisions and guide Metra into the future.

Therefore we are asking our key stakeholders - our board, our employees, our riders, the public, and you - for their input. In this initial phase, we want to hear your thoughts about the following questions: What should Metra's mission be? What should our vision for the future be? What projects should Metra focus our energies and resources on?

You can offer your input by coming to one of our pubic open house forums throughout the region. (Dates, times and locations are listed below.)
