$2.3 billion price tag on Sky Train called 'typo'

A U.S. Department of Transportation newsletter made a typographical mistake when it reported that construction of the PHX Sky Train at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport could cost $2.3 billion, a project director for the agency's Southwest office in California said Monday.
